Four Video Lessons · Recorded & Self-Paced
with Tiffani Gyatso
From a honeycomb to the bud of a flower to the neural network of the brain — every form of life follows a basic matrix. Learn to draw it with nothing more than a ruler, a compass, and your own hand.

Compass and ruler — the only tools you need
A Vision
Sacred Geometry is a way of seeing. By understanding life through all of its creation, we realize that sacredness is all around us, from the new formation of a living cell to the slow decomposing of organic bodies. Drawing geometry aligns our mental function, our emotional heart, and the energy of our hands toward one purpose: opening to that sacred space of beauty and serenity.
Through Sacred Geometry we trace the patterns of Creation itself, and in contemplating them, we rest in the unity that holds chaos and order together.
Each mandala is inspired by the wisdom of the Middle Eastern traditions — elaborated in architecture and art from Morocco all the way to India.
The construction begins with a single circle
The Program
In each session, Tiffani guides you step by step — from a blank sheet of paper to a finished, painted mandala — while unfolding the symbolism behind shape, number, and color. Each class builds on the last, working through every division of the circle from two to ten.
Why study sacred geometry, and how it can support your life. We contemplate the numbers 2, 4, and 8 — heaven and earth, the creation of structure, justice, and logic.
PracticeDraw a circle and learn to divide it perfectly into 2, 4, and 8 using only a ruler and a compass, completing a beautiful eight-pointed rosette. Color it in the qualities of the earth element and the essence of Buddha Ratnasambhava.
The principles of the Seed and the Flower of Life. We contemplate the numbers 3, 6, and 12 — harmony, creation, and the perfection of body, speech, and mind.
PracticeBegin again with a single circle, this time dividing it into 6 — the natural shape of the seed of life, and your first step toward the Flower of Life. Color it with the wisdom of Buddha Akshobhya and the water element.
We deepen the divisions of 6 and 12, building toward a more intricate and layered rosette than the one before it.
PracticeAfter a short meditation to connect with your own core, color the rosette guided by intuition — letting the mood of your heart in this moment choose its palette.
The qualities of 5 and 10 — humanity, the golden ratio, spirit, and mystery.
PracticeLearn to divide a circle into five and ten, constructing mandalas built from the star and the pentagon. Color it with warm tones connected to Amitabha Buddha and the alchemical element of fire.

Your Instructor
Tiffani Gyatso is an artist from Brazil whose work is devoted to the sacred expressions of art across cultures. She trained in traditional Tibetan Thangka painting at the Norbulingka Institute in India from 2003 to 2006, and later deepened her study of sacred geometry at the Prince School of Traditional Arts in London, focusing on the geometric traditions of the Middle East.
Today she runs her own art retreat center, Atelier YabYum, in the mountains of Brazil, and leads art pilgrimages to India and Nepal each year — carrying this same lineage of drawing as a contemplative practice to students around the world.
Who This Course Is For
The mandalas in this course begin from simple geometric divisions of a circle — the drawing ability comes with practice, not before it.
